Working Student, Retail / Online Shop E‑Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of our online shop (Shopify): Provide support in managing and optimizing the surf shop to boost conversion rates.

• E-commerce initiatives: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of e-commerce campaigns and strategies.

• Content development: Create engaging content for our online shop and various marketing channels.

• Monitoring and analysis: Help with the monitoring and reporting of our marketing campaigns and generate actionable recommendations.

• Team assistance: Support the e-commerce team with daily operations and project-related tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current student (m/f/d): Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

• Creative writing abilities: Enjoy crafting written content and possess a strong sense for engaging narratives and appealing designs.

• E-commerce familiarity: Basic experience in managing and optimizing online shops, ideally Shopify, along with initial exposure to e-commerce marketing.

• Collaborative mindset: Strong communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

• Self-directed work style: Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and taking ownership of responsibilities.

• Commitment and desire to grow: Enthusiastic about learning and developing in a fast-paced environment.
