This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Blueprint platform, including user access, attributes, and permissions management.
• Supervise data feeds and integrations; swiftly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any system errors.
• Address platform-related issues and escalate technical challenges to the Senior Workforce Manager when necessary.
• Conduct QA and UAT testing on the Blueprint staging site prior to releases, bug fixes, and updates.
• Evaluate and either approve or deny incoming class theme requests in accordance with the music policy.
• Execute manual integration checks between Blueprint and MBO.
• Act as the primary contact for Area Manager inquiries and concerns regarding Blueprint.
• Manage the Blueprint team inbox by prioritizing requests, addressing routine questions, and directing complex issues as needed.
• Assist in the creation of release communications, training resources, and best practices for internal Blueprint users.
• Facilitate office hours sessions through material preparation and Q&A support.
• Cultivate relationships with the Area Manager team to identify scheduling challenges and gather feedback.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, deadlines, and compliance requirements across all studio locations.
• Monitor recurring inquiries and contribute to SOP updates and training enhancements.
• Participate in cross-functional workforce planning initiatives and reporting across studio locations.
• 1–3 years of experience in fitness, studio operations, coordination, or an administrative role.
• Proficient in G-Suite, especially Google Sheets.
• Availability for full-time work, totaling 40 hours per week, with the ability to work remotely.
• Preferred experience with scheduling or workforce management systems.
• Familiarity with the Mindbody Business platform is a plus.
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is advantageous.
• Previous collaboration with cross-functional teams or support for multi-location operations is preferred.
• Strong skills in data management.
• Capability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
