Workforce Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and execute strategies for workforce management to achieve optimal staffing levels.

• Track and evaluate team performance metrics to pinpoint areas needing enhancement.

• Offer leadership and direction to team members, promoting a culture of excellence.

• Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure that workforce planning aligns with business goals.

• Maintain adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in workforce management within a BPO environment or comparable setting.

• Applicants must be residents of the Philippines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with workforce management software is preferred.

• Technical Specifications: Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for download and 5 Mbps for upload.

• A laptop or desktop equipped with a capable processor and no less than 8GB of RAM.
