📋 Description

• Drive data-informed workforce decisions through sophisticated people analytics and strategic guidance.

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to convert workforce data into practical insights.

• Develop workforce strategy through thorough analysis and effective communication.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders regarding workforce-related decisions and challenges.

• Evaluate workforce data to uncover trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities.

• Deliver insights and recommendations to senior HR and business executives.

• Contribute to workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategies, and workforce transformation initiatives.

• Work alongside analytics, reporting, and data engineering teams to ensure the reliability of workforce data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of experience utilizing workforce or people data to aid business, talent, or workforce decisions.

• Proven ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations, strategic implications, and business actions.

• Experience engaging directly with senior leaders and influencing decisions through data-driven insights.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort with operating in uncertain environments.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

• Capacity to distill complex information into clear and actionable recommendations.

• Strong technical background in analytics, data visualization, and data interpretation.

• Proficient with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, DAX, Dataiku, or similar analytics platforms.
