📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of digital worker voice initiatives

• Provide training and technical assistance to suppliers

• Handle grievance matters effectively

• Maintain consistent communication with supplier management

• Collect feedback from clients and suppliers

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in social compliance or labor rights

• Familiarity with supply chains and ethical sourcing practices

• More than 5 years of experience in the global supply chain sector

• Strong communication abilities in both English and Portuguese

• Must be located in Brazil (mandatory)
