This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• Assist or take the lead in the Time Tracking work stream, steering decisions and suggesting best practices concerning Workday functionality.
• Develop strategies, identify risks, and explore options while recommending approaches and mitigations to fulfill client and functional requirements.
• Oversee, mentor, guide, and evaluate the performance of project team members, depending on the project structure.
• Provide clients with insights on industry standards and leading practices.
• Exhibit design alternatives through prototyping techniques.
• Configure and conduct testing of the Workday system.
• Comprehend and implement Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Showcase robust collaboration with clients and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Encourage innovation by developing new industry-leading methods and resources.
• Experience in Workday HCM Testing.
• Familiarity with Workday Global Time Tracking.
• Must be a US Citizen.
