Workday Integrations Consultant – SA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as a member of a team of integration consultants on various projects.

• Facilitate the effective implementation of integration solutions for the cloud-based Workday HCM system.

• Document, execute, deploy, and assist in integration solutions within a Workday implementation project.

• Cultivate and share in-depth knowledge of the Workday product and its integration platform toolset.

• Establish strong relationships with customers to comprehend their needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in XML, XPath, and XSLT.

• Possession of Workday Integrations Certification.

• Solid understanding of cloud computing, web services, and the integration challenges they present.

• Strong customer focus, with relevant experience in a client-facing role.

• Consulting skills, such as presenting, engaging in workshops, and explaining functionalities or solutions to clients.

• Effective communicator, able to engage with clients and colleagues credibly and empathetically, even in remote contexts.

• Good commercial insight and a thorough understanding of project and business dynamics.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively within remote teams and directly with customers.

• Eagerness to learn extensively about relevant subjects, including international regulations and practices.

• Openness to travel for on-site customer engagements.
