
Workday Developer – Payroll, Time & Absence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance stakeholders.
• Design, configure, and support Workday solutions effectively.
• Configure and enhance Workday business processes for optimal performance.
• Assist in testing, validation, and rollout of Workday releases.
• Resolve system issues and provide support to end users.
• Prepare and manage Excel files and EIB loads for large-scale data modifications.
• Aid in data loads related to special initiatives.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Payroll.
• Strong practical skills in Workday Payroll configuration.
• In-depth experience with Workday’s Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Functional expertise in mass data changes/uploads.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Workday training and/or certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
