This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver consulting services across various client engagements with minimal supervision.
• Comprehend client business needs and provide support throughout the design, configuration, and prototyping phases, while assisting clients with testing and transitioning to Production.
• Aid clients during Annual Events including: Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, and others as required.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to keep them updated on project progress, modifications, and more.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of projects.
• Maintain accurate forecasts punctually.
• Collaborate with the Sales team and act as a Subject Matter Expert while providing support for sales presentations, demonstrations, and Level of Efforts (LOEs).
• Keep abreast of industry trends, Workday updates, and provide advice on Workday best practices.
• Develop strong client relationships through trust and exemplary customer service.
• The following Workday certifications with implementer access are mandatory: HCM Core, Core Comp, Advanced Comp, AND at least one of the following: Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting, PEX.
• Proven experience in independently leading a minimum of two Workday Phase 1 implementations and two Workday Phase X implementations.
• Preferred experience with independently leading higher education projects in Workday.
• A minimum of three years of experience as a lead Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant at a Workday partner firm is essential.
• Employment is contingent upon acquiring a Workday Launch certification.
• All required Workday Partner certifications must remain in Active status during employment with ERPA.
• Experience in troubleshooting, configuring, and navigating Workday Advanced Compensation is required.
• Strong organizational abilities are essential.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with a thorough understanding of Workday Advanced Compensation processes and best practices to provide suitable implementation recommendations.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, along with a passion for enjoying the journey of building something new (required).
