This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Manage ongoing website support tasks, including fixing bugs, addressing broken links, repairing broken elements, resolving styling inconsistencies, and making layout adjustments.
• Focus primarily on WordPress websites while also providing support for Duda, Squarespace, and Divi platforms.
• Update and maintain current pages, blog posts, and landing pages across various client websites.
• Establish and manage staging environments to ensure safe updates and testing procedures.
• Confirm that daily backups are correctly configured and operational within hosting environments.
• Update and maintain themes, plugins, and components of the CMS.
• Implement updates to footers, contact forms, favicons, and various page elements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to site speed, responsiveness, and overall performance.
• Implement and validate schema markup and improvements related to technical SEO.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO challenges that affect search visibility.
• Monitor and sustain the overall health and stability of websites.
• Provide support for integrations across forms, plugins, CRMs, and external tools.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding fixes, updates, and project timelines.
• Document recurring issues and their solutions.
• Assume additional website support responsibilities as necessary.
• 2–4+ years of experience in WordPress and website maintenance/support.
• Experience with multiple CMS platforms (WordPress is mandatory; familiarity with Duda, Squarespace, and Divi is advantageous).
• Strong grasp of website troubleshooting, debugging, and problem resolution.
• Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Understanding of technical SEO concepts, including site speed, schema, and indexing.
• Experience in setting up staging environments and managing backups.
• Comfortable working within hosting environments and performing basic server-side checks.
• Experience with task-based or ticket-based workflow systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage multiple small tasks efficiently.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Availability to work within or overlap with U.S. time zones.
• Open only to candidates located in LATAM & Europe.
