This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• The Winback Specialist - Spanish is tasked with fostering relationships with Motive customers.
• This role involves coordinating, executing, and managing initiatives designed to effectively reactivate, recover, and retain customers.
• Manage a significant volume of phone calls and email inquiries in both English and Spanish.
• Aim to maximize customer lifetime value while reducing pay-fail churn risk and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
• Establish quick rapport with customers and utilize persuasive rebuttal techniques and problem-solving strategies to deliver solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential to promptly identify the underlying causes of customer issues and collaborate with them on fair contract negotiations.
• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a customer-facing role (either sales or support).
• A strong ability to cultivate and sustain customer relationships.
• Proficient listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both languages.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail and professionalism.
