This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Manage and take charge of daily client relationship oversight for designated commercial clients.
• Retain clientele, discover cross-sell opportunities, and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain and grow credit commitments following the guidelines set by the Commercial Loan Policy.
• Deliver daily client interactions, customer service, fee realization, document-file management, and ensure compliance in account operations.
• Oversee initiatives for product enhancements, cross-sell penetration, and the introduction of new services.
• Extend and supervise both existing and proposed credit commitments.
• Offer industry-specific customer service support and assist with cross-sell initiatives as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure proper booking and reporting of collateralized deposits.
• Identify, evaluate, manage, monitor, and communicate risks within the Bank's risk framework.
• Act as the primary daily contact for assigned clients, addressing or escalating issues as necessary.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, questions, and service-related issues.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal business partners to resolve client-related challenges.
• Supervise client conversions and de-conversions, ensuring deadlines are met and project obstacles are resolved.
• Implement new client services in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the Bank in civic, governmental, community, charitable, banking, and professional organizations.
• Review and authorize fee invoices; ensure accurate follow-up on payments and billing.
• Meet with clients as required.
• Utilize CRM systems to maintain records of client communications.
• Engage in special projects as needed.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• At least 3 years of experience within the financial services sector.
• A 4-year college degree is required, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in commercial credit underwriting is mandatory.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in environments that prioritize individual accountability alongside team-based performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• A strong eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
