This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Shared responsibility to ensure that SALAMANDER remains visible, relevant, and distinctive across social media and beyond.

• Assistance in brand management.

• Support the Brand Manager in the further development of the Salamander brand.

• Creation of presentations, mood boards, and decision-making materials.

• Researching trends, best practices, and competitive activities in marketing and social media.

• Aid in the planning, coordination, and execution of our Always-On content.

• Support during photo shoots (location scouting in the Cologne/Düsseldorf area, set support, briefings, styling).

• Assistance in video editing (reels, optimization of UGC content, adding subtitles, etc.).

• Preparation and export of assets according to the requirements of various social media platforms.

• Coordination and distribution of content & assets to internal teams.

• Support in planning and implementing influencer and UGC campaigns.

• Assistance in creating creator briefings.

• Communication and coordination with influencers in the DACH region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ongoing studies in media, communication, design, marketing, social media, or a related field.

• Structured, independent work approach and strong organizational skills.

• A keen interest in social media, visual communication, and content production.

• Good sense for trends, formats, and aesthetics in the digital realm.

• Initiative and motivation to take responsibility and contribute ideas.

• Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.

• Residence in the Cologne/Düsseldorf area.

• Interest in fashion and brands.

• Initial experience in video editing (e.g., with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut) or a strong willingness to learn in this area.
