This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of an AI-driven approach model for the automated onboarding of new SAP customers into the Managed Service.

• Identification of automation and digitalization potentials throughout the entire service lifecycle.

• Support in the standardization of operational processes.

• Analysis, structuring, and preparation of customer, project, and operational documentation using Generative AI.

• Creation of intelligent knowledge databases.

• Development and testing of AI assistants.

• Utilization of Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Services.

• Creation of Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

• Development of intelligent workflows.

• Monitoring and assessment of current AI and automation trends.

• Participation in innovation initiatives as well as in concepts, presentations, and management documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Initial experience with Python, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or similar technologies.

• Basic understanding of data analysis and automation.

• Interest in IT service management, SAP system landscapes, and cloud technologies.

• Analytical thinking skills.

• Structured and independent working style.

• High willingness to learn.

• Curiosity about new technologies.

• Creativity in developing innovative solutions.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Capability to quickly grasp complex issues and present them clearly.

• Proficiency in German at least at C1 level, both written and spoken.
