SAP HCM Test Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Plan, prepare, and carry out functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing for SAP HCM solutions.

• Create, maintain, and implement test cases and test scripts based on business and functional specifications.

• Validate comprehensive SAP HCM workflows, encompassing Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS.

• Conduct integration testing with associated SAP modules and external HR systems.

• Identify, document, prioritize, and monitor defects until resolution.

• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and technical teams.

• Assist business users during User Acceptance Testing, providing testing direction.

• Engage in requirements reviews to guarantee testability and complete test coverage.

• Prepare test documentation, compile test evidence, and generate status reports.

• Contribute to test planning, risk evaluations, and release readiness endeavors.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, validation requirements, and project methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP testing, with a minimum of 3 years concentrated on SAP HCM.

• Practical experience in testing SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, ESS, and MSS.

• Solid grasp of end-to-end HR business processes and their integration with Payroll and Time Management.

• Experience in system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.

• Capability to develop thorough test strategies, test cases, and defect reports.

• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP Solution Manager, or comparable test and defect management tools.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
