Website Content Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the maintenance of the Dexcom.com website for North America and other international locations.

• Collaborate closely with Dexcom’s Digital Marketing teams located in the US (San Diego) and EMEA (UK).

• Oversee global updates to website content, including communications, alerts, and messaging.

• Manage the upkeep of global redirects and maintain downloadable guides and PDFs.

• Develop and test basic web forms using Jotform.

• Establish and maintain in-app links for international regions (G Series, Follow, D Series).

• Implement global SEO updates, such as hreflang, sitemaps, alt texts, and 404 audits.

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new functionalities and documentation in Confluence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.

• A Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Communications, Marketing, IT, Digital Media, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a website management position.

• Familiarity with at least one Content Management System (CMS) through academic, personal, or professional experience.

• Experience working cross-functionally with application and data teams to develop triggered communications.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with the Marketing team.

• Basic computer and internet proficiency.

• Demonstrated experience using Agile development methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com is a plus.

• A strong ability and eagerness to learn quickly, work independently with minimal supervision, and also collaborate as part of a team.
