This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria, +3 more countries.
• Create, update, and manage website pages in Webflow using clean, production-ready code and structure.
• Develop new landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and demand generation efforts.
• Accurately implement designs from Figma or other design tools with a strong focus on detail.
• Ensure all pages are responsive, load quickly, and maintain consistency across devices and browsers.
• Oversee the Webflow CMS, including content structure, collections, and dynamic content.
• Assist the marketing team in publishing and updating content without incurring technical debt.
• Keep the CMS architecture organized and consistent as the site evolves.
• Monitor and enhance site performance, including load speed, Core Web Vitals, and fundamental technical SEO principles.
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues without disrupting live pages.
• Maintain a clean site architecture and prevent unnecessary complexity as pages accumulate.
• Apply basic SEO best practices, including meta tags, heading structure, and page organization.
• Create landing pages with a focus on conversion, incorporating clear hierarchy, strong CTAs, and minimal friction.
• Facilitate A/B testing and experimentation by accurately implementing page variants.
• Collaborate with marketing and design stakeholders to refine page performance.
• Proficient, hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS, interactions, responsive design, and custom code when necessary.
• Background in building and maintaining websites for B2B SaaS or technology firms.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently implement designs from Figma or similar tools.
• Knowledge of web performance, Core Web Vitals, and fundamental technical SEO.
• Comfortable working autonomously and delivering pages quickly without needing extensive guidance.
• Strong attention to detail with clean, maintainable work that avoids future complications.
• Effective written communication skills for coordinating with marketing and design stakeholders.
