Senior Mobile Engineer – Flutter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Examine authentication and registration funnels

• Evaluate search and discovery processes

• Assess profile and photo interaction

• Analyze messaging engagement and conversion rates for matches/interests

• Take ownership of analytics related to upgrades and monetization funnels

• Monitor push notifications, deep links, and real-time feature performance

• Analyze metrics for advertising and in-app purchase revenue

• Assist in compliance analytics, including consent, age verification, and checks

• Become a part of one of Social Discovery Group’s established social discovery products

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Flutter/Dart (3.x) with experience in production applications for iOS and Android

• Familiarity with layered architecture: UI → Domain (use cases/repos) → Framework

• Experience utilizing BLoC + Provider, GetIt for Dependency Injection, and GoRouter for navigation

• Knowledge of networking using Dio

• Experience with immutable models and code generation (built_value or similar)

• Background in multi-flavor / white-label deployment, including brand-specific configurations, assets, store IDs, and Firebase

• Capability to write unit and widget tests; ideally using bloc_test / BDD methodology

• Proficient in Russian

• B2 level proficiency in English
