Web Technician – Web Content Developer, Manager, Section 508 Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, sustain, and distribute web content and dissemination materials.

• Ensure adherence to Section 508 accessibility standards and usability guidelines.

• Assist in the creation of dashboards, fact sheets, reports, and publicly available information products.

• Manage content updates, reviews, approvals, and publication processes.

• Aid in the dissemination of surveillance, research, and programmatic information.

• Support content management and quality assurance efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Health, Information Systems, Web Development, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in web content development, communications, accessibility, or dissemination activities.

• Proficiency with web content management systems and knowledge of Section 508 compliance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in managing document review and publication processes.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
