Web Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate lead generation by delivering exceptional user experiences on commercial websites

• Develop and modify website pages utilizing the CMS while adhering to UX and SEO best practices

• Evaluate website and SEO performance to showcase growth and pinpoint optimization opportunities

• Execute SEO strategies in collaboration with the web team and broader marketing group

• Compose SEO briefs for content creators

• Conduct A/B testing as per directives from the Web Lead and marketing team

• Set up pop-ups in alignment with plans from the Web Lead and marketing team

• Assist in constructing campaign landing pages for the wider marketing and paid media teams

• Monitor KPIs including CMS page updates, conversion rates, lead generation, lead quality, organic traffic, keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, and A/B testing results

⛳️ Requirements

• Around two years of experience in digital marketing

• Familiarity with various CMS platforms; Umbraco experience is advantageous but not mandatory

• Strong data literacy and numerical skills

• Capable of reporting performance in a clear and accessible manner

• Experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Optimize or similar, SEMrush or similar, heat mapping tools like Hotjar, and Looker Studio or similar

• Some knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO practices

• Basic experience with UX and on-site optimization/CRO

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
