This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the ongoing technical management of CALSTART’s website portfolio.
• Contribute to quality assurance, accessibility testing, analytics validation, technical documentation, issue triage, minor front-end development, and both pre- and post-launch testing.
• Key deliverables will encompass a centralized technical inventory for CALSTART’s websites, thorough documentation of quality assurance and accessibility audits, standardized website testing and launch checklists, as well as technical documentation for newly acquired web assets.
• Aid in the company rebrand and website overhaul by supporting content migration validation, redirect mapping, responsive testing, analytics verification, and quality assurance before and after launches.
• Additional responsibilities may include implementing minor front-end enhancements and documenting solutions for identified website challenges.
• Must have completed a minimum of three years of accredited college/university-level coursework towards a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective task management skills are essential.
• Capability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and audiences.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic remote work environment.
• Solid analytical skills with the capacity to collect, analyze, and synthesize data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in both internal and external teams with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive web design, and content management systems such as WordPress.
• Familiarity with website quality assurance, accessibility standards, analytics tools, version control, and browser developer tools is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, clearly document findings, and quickly learn new platforms and technologies.
