📋 Description

• Building and maintaining dynamic content websites in multiple languages, incorporating translation workflows and language-switching capabilities.

• Developing and validating testing routines and schedules to ensure test cases accurately reflect external interfaces and cover all browser and device types.

• Creating customized page templates and layouts to enhance page organization and structure.

• Developing and integrating third-party plugins and external APIs to broaden website functionality.

• Identifying issues highlighted by feedback and testing, and either resolving them or referring them to the appropriate personnel for correction.

• Managing website security, which includes firewall configuration, Cloudflare setup, and the use of monitoring tools to maintain site protection and performance.

• Improving website navigation structures to enhance user experience and accessibility.

• Designing, building, and maintaining websites and software applications using WordPress.

• Optimizing graphics and media to improve accessibility, visual appeal, and loading times.

• Overseeing and executing website updates.

• Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to gather website requirements and align with business objectives.

• Working closely with the design team to discuss and evaluate web designs, converting moodboards and wireframes into fully functional web pages.

• Collaborating with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, and select appropriate solutions.

• Assisting in the editing, writing, and designing of website content, and guiding team members responsible for content production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in web programming, including the ability to independently create new websites.

• Extensive background in WordPress development and custom theme creation.

• Proficient in using Elementor page builder, with skills in custom templates and advanced widget configurations.

• Experience in integrating third-party APIs and external services into WordPress websites.

• Knowledge of PHP and database management for WordPress customization.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and their implications for website development.

• Strong programming skills and comprehensive knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with responsive design techniques and mobile-first development methodologies.

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles to create user-friendly interfaces.

• Awareness of website security best practices, including firewall management, Cloudflare configuration, and website monitoring tools.

• Experience in independently managing domain registration, DNS configuration, hosting setup, SSL certificates, and email provisioning.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets, coupled with business acumen.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learn, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• A keen interest in contributing to initiatives that counter online harms.
