This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect confidential health information from clients
• Resolve user issues and offer effective solutions
• Manage TRICARE premium payments and various payment methods
• Inform beneficiaries about healthcare plan choices, coverage details, and eligibility
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• 2-3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or medical plan setting is required
• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment is essential
• Familiarity with TRICARE programs and premium payment processing is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
