Senior Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold contemporary web applications using Next.js and React.

• Develop responsive and high-performance UI components utilizing Material UI (MUI) and TailwindCSS.

• Convert product specifications and design frameworks into clean, reusable components.

• Guarantee high performance, accessibility, and SEO optimization.

• Write and sustain unit tests with Jest.

• Implement end-to-end testing using Cypress or Playwright.

• Maintain high code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams.

• Engage in architectural discussions and technical planning.

• Contribute to enhancing frontend standards, patterns, and the developer experience.

• Operate within GitHub workflows (PRs, reviews, CI/CD).

• Assist with deployments and environments hosted on AWS.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with React and Next.js.

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.

• Familiarity with Material UI (MUI) and TailwindCSS.

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

• Experience with Jest for unit testing.

• Proficient with Cypress or Playwright for end-to-end testing.

• Skilled in Git and GitHub workflows.

• Experience in designing scalable frontend architectures.

• Understanding of performance monitoring and optimization techniques.

• Knowledge of state management patterns.

• Experience in building reusable component libraries.

• Direct experience with integrating AI-powered features is a considerable advantage.

• Svelte experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with observability and frontend monitoring tools.

• Previous experience in a global, decentralized remote team.
