This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Develop and maintain responsive websites, landing pages, and web forms.

• Oversee CMS themes, plugins, integrations, updates, backups, and routine maintenance tasks.

• Track website uptime and address technical issues across around 70 websites.

• Assist with the migration of the Guesty website and related digital transformation initiatives.

• Troubleshoot critical website challenges to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

• Enhance page speed, usability, accessibility, conversion performance, and mobile responsiveness.

• Implement technical SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) best practices.

• Leverage analytics and performance data to suggest and implement enhancements.

• Provide technical support for roughly 70 websites across 35 trading brands in Australia and New Zealand.

• Respond swiftly to website issues and prioritize urgent incidents.

• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and deliver timely progress updates.

• Ensure website stability, security, availability, and performance during a significant migration project.

• 3–4 years of professional experience in website development.

• Strong expertise with WordPress or comparable CMS platforms.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

• Experience in managing website maintenance, plugins, themes, hosting, and DNS.

• Proven ability to create landing pages and web forms.

• Solid understanding of SEO, GEO, website security, and performance optimization.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Capability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic project environment.
