This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

• Take charge of the development, maintenance, and enhancement of websites and landing pages for a diverse range of education-centric partners.

• Collaborate closely with the SEO, Creative, Paid Media, and Analytics teams to create fast, accessible, and conversion-optimized web experiences.

• Establish reusable systems and processes that enhance efficiency and consistency across various projects.

• Design and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, Gutenberg blocks, and reusable templates.

• Develop landing pages and web experiences that align with SEO and Paid Media strategies.

• Enhance website performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals metrics.

• Implement analytics, conversion tracking, and measurement solutions effectively.

• Perform QA testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of websites.

• Assist with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.

• Create scalable systems, workflows, and documentation to boost development efficiency.

• Work collaboratively across teams including Creative, SEO, Paid Media, and Analytics.

• Over 4 years of advanced WordPress development experience.

• Proficient front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Experience in creating custom themes, plugins, and reusable components.

• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, website performance optimization, and accessibility standards.

• Familiarity with analytics and conversion tracking implementation.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.

• Experience in agency settings or fast-paced digital environments.

• Bonus: Familiarity with frameworks like Next.js, Astro, Gatsby, Nuxt, or similar.

• Bonus: Experience with CRO and A/B testing methodologies.
