This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create high-fidelity, brand-aligned page layouts, components, and templates that reflect our new brand vision on the web.
• Expand upon a select group of custom “hero” pages crafted by our branding agency into a cohesive, scalable framework throughout the site.
• Develop a variety of marketing pages, ranging from interactive and motion-enhanced experiences to simpler, templated designs.
• Contribute to a library of reusable components and modules, ensuring design decisions are consistently applied across pages.
• Employ strong visual, responsive, accessible, and conversion-oriented design principles.
• Construct and launch new pages, templates, components, and modules using Webflow.
• Design scalable Webflow systems utilizing reusable components, variables, CMS collections, and responsive design patterns.
• Convert Figma designs—both your own and those of others—into polished, high-fidelity Webflow builds.
• Implement interactions, animations, and custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript as needed.
• Revamp and transition existing pages while ensuring they are user-friendly for non-technical partners.
• Leverage AI and coding assistants to enhance design exploration, content structuring, page creation, component development, custom coding, and debugging.
• Build or set up AI agents and workflow automations for tasks such as CMS preparation, content transformation, metadata generation, page auditing, link validation, and quality assurance.
• Recognize repetitive tasks that can be transformed into reliable, reusable AI-assisted workflows while critically assessing output for accuracy, accessibility, originality, and brand integrity.
• Design, execute, test, and prepare pages for launch with minimal handoffs.
• Work closely with the creative director, current Webflow developer, content team, marketing, and project management.
• Conduct quality assurance across various devices, browsers, and responsive breakpoints.
• Ensure optimal performance, accessibility, SEO foundational principles, analytics readiness, redirects, and launch integrity.
• Document essential components, CMS structures, custom coding, automations, and publishing workflows.
• Robust design and Webflow development skills combined in a single skill set, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional visual and brand design alongside delivered, high-quality Webflow builds.
• Quick execution—the capability to work swiftly and produce high-quality results in a dynamic environment with changing inputs, priorities, and timelines.
• A keen sense for systems, with experience in creating scalable page templates, reusable components, module libraries, and CMS frameworks (e.g., shared templates with interchangeable color sets and content modules).
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, comfort with JavaScript or custom code as needed, and the ability to execute high-fidelity builds from Figma.
• Significant hands-on experience with Webflow CMS, responsive design, reusable components, variables, and Webflow Interactions (IX2), including motion and interactive page features.
• Proven professional experience utilizing AI and LLM tools, including the creation or configuration of AI agents and workflow automations for design, development, content, or quality assurance processes.
• Meticulous attention to detail regarding responsive behavior, accessibility, quality assurance, performance, SEO fundamentals, and design coherence.
• Proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to communicate effectively, sustain momentum, and design and deliver simultaneously.
