Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and implement enhancements to websites from initial concept to final launch.

• Perform UI/UX evaluations and pinpoint areas for enhancing user experience.

• Develop wireframes, layouts, and visual designs utilizing Figma.

• Ensure all designs are responsive and tailored for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

• Enhance website usability, navigation, and elements focused on conversion.

• Construct and modify websites employing Elementor, Divi, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and Webflow.

• Apply design updates while preserving brand consistency.

• Work collaboratively with developers and internal teams to guarantee successful execution.

• Conduct quality assurance testing prior to deployment.

• Monitor website performance and user experience continuously.

• Suggest and apply improvements based on performance analytics and user behavior.

• Leverage AI-assisted tools and workflows to boost efficiency and productivity.

• Stay informed on web design trends, best practices, and new technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in web design and website optimization.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating complete website projects from planning to launch.

• Advanced proficiency with:

• - Figma

• - Elementor

• - WordPress

• - Divi

• - Squarespace

• - Wix

• Deep understanding of:

• - UI/UX principles

• - Responsive design

• - Conversion-focused design

• - Website accessibility best practices

• Experience in an agency setting.

• Familiarity with using AI tools in professional workflows within the past 2 years.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects at once.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Proficient communication skills in English.

• Nice to Have:

• Experience with Webflow.

• Familiar with SiteGround and WP Engine hosting environments.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

• Previous experience collaborating directly with clients.

• Understanding of Google Analytics and website performance metrics.
