Brand Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Create and implement web assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and company announcements.

• Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and feedback for web design initiatives.

• Aggregate requests for website modifications into impactful projects.

• Maintain brand consistency and alignment across all web-related efforts.

• Conduct design reviews and share preliminary work to obtain cross-functional feedback.

• Collaborate with SEO, engineering, and marketing teams to influence structure, performance, and content decisions.

• Outline user flows, page layouts, and content hierarchy for key user journeys.

• Work together on conversion strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in web design, preferably in a brand-oriented or creative setting.

• Proven experience collaborating with design teams on web design, visual design, and other brand-related projects.

• Proficient in advanced Figma skills.

• An expert in core design tools, capable of selecting the appropriate one for each task.

• Specialized knowledge in responsive, accessible web design and UX/UI principles.

• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate across functions.

• Experience in optimizing workflows and utilizing automation tools.

• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Background in fast-paced environments managing multiple simultaneous projects.

• Skilled at engaging and working with stakeholders effectively.

• Passionate about design and committed to delivering high-quality work, never settling for the status quo.

• Self-motivated and comfortable taking the initiative.
