This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Designing landing pages that drive conversions aligned with campaign objectives
• Ensuring brand consistency across various digital platforms
• Creating visual assets (banners, promotional visuals, launch materials) that effectively translate marketing strategies into engaging narratives
• Conducting user research and analyzing competitor and performance data
• Collaborating with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and design A/B tests that support growth ambitions
• Developing wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Crafting refined interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines
• Iterating designs based on data insights and user feedback
• Planning and executing usability tests to ensure designs are accessible
• Keeping abreast of inclusive design methodologies
• Creating and managing scalable design systems
• Producing style guides and UI specifications
• Delivering precise design handoffs to engineering teams
• Collaborating closely with developers, project managers, marketers, and stakeholders
• Over 5 years of professional experience in web/digital design, preferably in DTC, ecommerce, or fast-paced startup settings
• Proven track record in designing for marketing and growth (landing pages, paid ad creatives, campaign launches) with quantifiable conversion results
• Practical experience in designing ecommerce processes — product pages, checkout, purchase funnels, and post-purchase experiences
• Experience in conducting or designing A/B tests and experimentation initiatives
• A robust portfolio that showcases completed marketing websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns
• Proficient in Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, design system management)
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and ideally After Effects for motion graphics)
• Strong foundation in graphic design principles — typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and composition
• Comprehensive understanding of responsive/adaptive design and mobile-first strategies
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design approaches
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design rationale to non-designers (marketers, executives, engineers)
• Comfortable accepting and integrating feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on the original intent
• Self-motivated and proactive — capable of transforming an ambiguous brief into a tangible outcome
• Business-minded — recognizes that design in this role directly influences business objectives, beyond mere aesthetics
• Detail-oriented, with high standards for quality and refinement
