This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Create and sustain components for Digi’s corporate website and digital platforms utilizing contemporary web technologies.
• Develop backend services and APIs that enhance web functionality, facilitate integrations, and enable data collection.
• Enhance CMS and web platform capabilities through custom development and system integrations.
• Ensure code is clean, well-documented, and scalable.
• Build and manage integrations between the website and enterprise platforms, including CRM systems, analytics tools, marketing automation services, and AI technologies.
• Create automation workflows that minimize manual processes and enhance the reliability of digital platforms.
• Implement data collection and instrumentation that support analytics and reporting efforts.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to speed up coding, testing, and documentation processes.
• Assist in managing and enhancing the AI tool environment utilized by the digital team.
• Develop structured prompts, workflows, and documentation to ensure the consistent and controlled use of AI tools in the development process.
• Assess and test new AI tools that can boost development efficiency.
• Monitor website performance and integrations with systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose enhancements to platform scalability and performance.
• Engage in structured testing and optimization initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and concepts of backend development.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools or generative AI platforms.
• Proficient in using Git or other version control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to document solutions and establish structured development workflows.
