Web Content Production Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• In the role of Marketing Content & Production Team Lead, you will be the key player in shaping Finom’s visual and written identity.

• You will connect marketing objectives with practical execution, guiding a skilled team of content creators to produce high-impact assets.

• From overseeing a complex multi-page website to managing the creation of advertising visuals and videos, you will ensure that all content is consistent, professional, and perfectly aligned with our brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Marketing Project Manager: You possess extensive knowledge of the lifecycle of creative assets and web projects—from initial briefing and resource allocation to final execution. You excel in tracking timelines and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Team leader: You have demonstrated success in managing creative professionals and establishing effective, scalable production workflows.

• Process-oriented: You thrive in organizing tasks, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining structure in a dynamic environment.

• Brand champion: You have a keen eye for detail and the capability to ensure all outputs are in line with the brand’s visual and verbal identity.

• Nice to Have: Experience within the Fintech sector or a rapidly growing SaaS environment.

• Nice to Have: Understanding of performance marketing standards (knowledge of what makes an ad banner "click").

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, WordPress) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion).

• Nice to Have: Experience in drafting detailed and clear technical specifications (BRD/Specs) for development teams.
