VP – SEO, GEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee all SEO strategy and implementation across Hard Rock Digital's offerings — including sportsbook, casino, and additional products — covering every active and forthcoming market.

• Manage Hard Rock Digital's approach for visibility in AI-driven search platforms — such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and other emerging answer engines.

• Develop and execute content strategies for both web and mobile that align with user intent and enhance algorithmic performance.

• Provide a search-focused perspective to external content channels.

• Lead the technical SEO roadmap collaboratively with Engineering and Product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SEO, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership position overseeing cross-functional teams.

• Proven track record in a high-volume, multi-market setting — experience in regulated industries (such as gaming, sports betting, finance, healthcare) is highly advantageous.

• Practical experience with GEO / AI search visibility.

• Established success in increasing organic traffic and rankings at scale, particularly in competitive, content-rich sectors.
