This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and implement the SEO strategy across website and content channels, significantly influencing high-intent traffic and MQL objectives.

• Oversee and manage extensive content production, targeting a goal of over 2,000 pages per month, utilizing AI-driven workflows aimed at high-intent audiences, including ECE directors, franchise operators, and childcare providers.

• Develop and enhance content hubs that focus on high-value search categories such as state compliance, childcare management, and billing & payments.

• Track and adjust to significant algorithm updates (such as Google core updates and AI search transitions from ChatGPT/Gemini) and modify strategies and targets accordingly.

• Lead cross-functional planning meetings independently with content, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on traffic and conversion objectives.

• Recognize, define, and advocate for new SEO/AEO opportunities, encompassing keyword strategy, technical SEO, and AI citation optimization, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.

• Create and deliver comprehensive performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Mentor and share best practices with internal team members regarding SEO functional skills.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or a rapidly growing consumer tech setting.

• Demonstrated history of managing complex, comprehensive SEO programs with a measurable impact on organic traffic and pipeline development.

• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, and AEO (AI search/LLM citation optimization).

• Experience in overseeing high-volume content production workflows, including AI-assisted content generation at scale.

• Strong analytical capabilities — adept at extracting and synthesizing data from GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and CRM systems to inform decision-making.

• Proven ability to independently develop strategic recommendations and present them to senior leadership with minimal guidance.

• Excellent cross-functional collaborator, recognized as a thought partner by growth, product, and content colleagues.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Background in the education, childcare, or SMB SaaS sectors is advantageous; familiarity with franchise or multi-location business models is also a plus.
