This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the delivery operations of the SEO partner agency.
• Organize tasks, deadlines, approvals, adjustments, and internal feedback.
• Review content, agendas, briefings, and recommendations provided by the agency.
• Ensure that materials align with brand positioning and SEO priorities.
• Consolidate questions, adjustments, and internal requests for communication with the agency.
• Participate in alignment meetings, document next steps, and monitor the status of tasks.
• Review SEO-optimized content prior to publication.
• Evaluate titles, headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, URLs, internal links, and appropriate keyword usage.
• Assist in optimizing category pages, product pages, blogs, landing pages, and institutional pages.
• Identify opportunities for updating, expanding, or improving existing content.
• Monitor the publication and validation of content on the website.
• Ensure consistency between SEO, branding, brand language, and search intent.
• Conduct keyword research for categories, products, collections, campaigns, and content.
• Map user search intent and opportunities at each stage of the funnel.
• Identify terms with potential based on volume, competition, seasonality, and commercial relevance.
• Support the development of content clusters, agendas, and thematic architecture.
• Monitor the progress of priority keywords.
• Validate strategic terms suggested by the agency before application on pages or content.
• Track indicators in Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and similar tools.
• Monitor the performance of published content, optimized pages, and strategic categories.
• Assess the evolution of clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, organic sessions, and page behavior.
• Identify pages with performance loss or gain.
• Assist in the creation of recurring reports and consolidation of insights.
• Gather insights for improving content, categories, product pages, and commercial pages.
• Maintain oversight of ongoing SEO tasks.
• Assist in prioritizing agendas, content, optimizations, and approvals.
• Organize SEO content calendars in collaboration with the agency and internal departments.
• Monitor approvals with branding, marketing, product, and e-commerce departments.
• Ensure that tasks are executed within agreed deadlines.
• Support the coordination of SEO and the SEO Specialist in consolidating information, status updates, and action plans.
• Experience with on-page SEO, content, and keyword research.
• Practical knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Strong ability to analyze content, search intent, and structure agendas.
• Experience interfacing with agencies, suppliers, or internal departments.
• Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and editorial vision.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and approvals.
• Basic knowledge of technical SEO, including indexing, URLs, headings, metadata, internal links, and page performance.
• Experience in e-commerce, fashion, retail, or brands with a busy commercial calendar.
• Familiarity with VTEX or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in producing, reviewing, or managing SEO content.
• Proficiency with Looker Studio, spreadsheets, dashboards, and report organization.
• Knowledge of optimizing categories, product pages, and commercial pages.
