
VP, Mission Operations – Customer Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of customer interactions—from technical showcases and mission implementation to ongoing success, growth, and advocacy.
• Design and expand the operational frameworks, teams, and processes that guarantee customers achieve quantifiable mission results.
• Direct the strategy, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of all technical demonstrations for both potential and current customers.
• Establish and manage Hidden Level’s Mission Operations function, accountable for the planning, deployment, and maintenance of mission-critical systems.
• Develop a Customer Success organization that encompasses seven fundamental pillars.
• Over 12 years of experience in mission operations, customer success, technical operations, or related disciplines.
• Proven leadership skills in high-stakes, mission-critical settings (e.g., defense, aerospace, national security, advanced technology).
• Demonstrated achievements in building and scaling operational or customer-facing organizations.
• Strong technical knowledge with the capability to convert complex systems into operational benefits.
• Outstanding communication, executive presence, and skills in relationship building.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and growth teams.
