This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will take ownership and lead the entire lifecycle of post-sale customer engagement, which includes onboarding, adoption, value assessments, and renewal strategies. This will evolve as we grow.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Vantage customers, ensuring they fully leverage the benefits of the Vantage solution.

• Act as the voice of the customer within the Vantage organization, advocating for their needs to ensure timely resolutions of support issues, feature enhancement requests, and any obstacles to broader adoption.

• Engage effectively across all levels of our customer organizations and stakeholder personas to maintain a comprehensive, multi-faceted engagement model.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of customer-focused experience as a Customer Success or Technical Account Manager in B2B technology or SaaS.

• Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of addressing specific audiences, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering/Infrastructure, and DevOps professionals.

• Prior experience with FinOps Cloud Cost Management solutions.

• A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement, comfortable navigating ambiguity.

• Ability to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of accounts ranging from SMBs to large enterprise clients.

• High emotional intelligence and the capacity to empathize with customers.

• A compassionate individual.

• Expertise in monitoring and observability.

• One or more of the following certifications: FinOps Certified Practitioner, FinOps Certified FOCUS Analyst, FinOps for AI, FinOps Certified Engineer.

• One or more of the following certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner (Foundation), Microsoft Certified (Azure Fundamentals), Google Cloud Digital Leader.

• Experience in building and deploying cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).

• Relevant experience in Data Visualization and financial products.
