This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership and develop: Formulate and implement a comprehensive multi-year account acquisition strategy for your designated region or vertical, generating various pipeline sources through direct outreach, partnerships with brokers/consultants, and identifying market triggers.
β’ Manage intricate enterprise sales cycles: Oversee sales processes that extend beyond 12 months, from the initial contact to contract signing, coordinating engagement among 5-10 stakeholders with differing priorities, including C-suite, HR, finance, and clinical teams.
β’ Establish and utilize strategic partnerships: Foster relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, and industry leaders to create ongoing qualified opportunities and advocate for Galileo during competitive assessments.
β’ Provide consultative solutions: Conduct structured discovery sessions to identify employer challenges, convert clinical outcomes into financial return on investment, and devise deal structures that navigate budget and timing issues.
β’ Accurately forecast and report: Uphold rigorous CRM practices in Salesforce, deliver trustworthy monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts, and generate detailed deal documentation that facilitates smooth cross-functional execution.
β’ Contribute market insights: Act as a feedback channel for product, marketing, and leadership regarding competitive dynamics, messaging effectiveness, and emerging customer requirements based on frontline observations.
β’ Ensure successful client onboarding: Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Client Services throughout the deal lifecycle to synchronize on implementation needs, success KPIs, and long-term account strategies.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of meeting quotas in complex, long-cycle environments.
β’ At least 10 years of experience specifically selling to HR and benefits decision-makers in enterprise accounts, preferably with 1,000+ employees.
β’ A demonstrated history of closing multiple deals with annual contract values exceeding $500K (specific examples required).
β’ Direct experience in one or more of the following areas: healthcare/benefits sales (health plans, wellness programs, digital health), insurance/broker channel sales, or HR technology sales.
β’ Proven proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) with strong discipline in documentation and forecast accuracy.
β’ Experience managing sales cycles exceeding 12 months with seasonal buying trends and navigating complex procurement processes.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 50% and authorization to work in the United States.
