This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a detailed strategy for AI solutions that aligns with the company’s vision and business objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team in AI solutions, promoting a culture of innovation and teamwork.

• Supervise the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and high-performing.

• Collaborate with the enterprise AI program to identify opportunities for AI integration and engineer the necessary scale for the adoption of AI solutions throughout the organization.

• Establish best practices for AI solutions, which encompass data management, model training, validation, and deployment processes.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory considerations relevant to AI and machine learning.

• Lead research and development projects to investigate new AI technologies and methodologies.

• Manage the budgets and resources allocated for AI solutions projects, ensuring they align with the enterprise AI program and the associated business objectives and priorities.

• Present findings, initiatives, and recommendations related to AI to executive leadership and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in AI solutions, machine learning, or data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

• A proven history of successfully delivering AI solutions within a corporate setting.

• Strong proficiency in AI technologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).

• Experience managing large-scale AI projects, including data acquisition, model development, and deployment.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is advantageous.
