This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Deliver voice-driven customer service with a focus on empathy and personalization

• Greet customers, address inquiries, and manage requests with exceptional service

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed high school diploma

• Previous sales experience is advantageous

• Must be available to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday)

• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps and a wired Ethernet connection for desktop usage
