Visual Designer – Graduate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gibraltar.

📋 Description

• Develop marketing and branding materials, which include social media content, campaign visuals, advertisements, and promotional assets.

• Generate motion graphics and animations tailored for digital platforms, ranging from social media posts to product demonstrations.

• Create visuals that support various campaigns and content needs, utilizing our image library (experience with AI and 3D is advantageous but not essential).

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to comprehend project briefs and successfully execute them.

• Ensure brand consistency across all outputs, contributing to the evolution of our visual identity.

• Adapt swiftly based on feedback, maintaining a balance between quality and quick turnaround times.

• Partner with top-tier designers to refine our brand's visual language.

⛳️ Requirements

• A compelling portfolio showcasing your visual skills — whether your work includes personal projects, academic work, or freelance endeavors.

• Expertise in Figma for design and layout tasks.

• Practical experience with motion design tools such as Rive, Lottie, Principle, or After Effects.

• Familiarity with Midjourney (or similar AI image generation platforms) for creating visual assets.

• An enthusiasm for 3D design, whether through Blender, Spline, or comparable software.

• Keen attention to detail and the capability to juggle multiple tasks across various teams.

• Self-driven and adept at working independently in a fully remote setting.
