Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive design concepts and shape the visual brand identity: You will produce high-quality, print-ready communications with an emphasis on print while ensuring consistent design solutions for Sanoptis and our clinics.

• Layout, typesetting, and final artwork utilizing AI as part of your daily tasks: Your primary focus will be on the accurate execution of layouts, generating print-ready files, and upholding a clean, organized workflow with the help of Claude Cowork.

• Brand-compliant work with a keen attention to detail and a broader perspective: You will work with high creative and linguistic precision while consistently adhering to our corporate design standards.

• Collaborative network engagement: You will proactively and solution-orientedly collaborate with our marketing and content teams, as well as contacts within our clinics, ensuring your projects are managed reliably through to final implementation.

• Aesthetic guidance and conceptual contributions: You will bring your ideas to the table and, with your expertise in typography, layout, and visual design, aid in the evolution of our visual communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Graphic or Communication Design, vocational training in Media Design, or a similar qualification.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, including the application of AI in a work setting.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and solid skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

• Ability to work with meticulous attention to detail as well as conceptually while ensuring brand adherence.

• Excellent communication skills: proactive and solution-oriented coordination with team members and internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency in German at C2 level and business-fluent in English (negotiation-level).

• A compelling portfolio is advantageous.
