Visual Content Curation Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, curation, optimization, and performance assessment of customer-focused digital content experiences across a range of productivity and AI-enhanced products.

• Combine content strategy, visual design analysis, data analytics, experimentation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure that customers receive relevant, captivating, and high-quality content.

• Utilize both quantitative data and creative insight to determine what resonates with users, inform content investments, direct experimentation initiatives, and provide recommendations that enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, adoption, and overall business performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a similar field.

• Over 3 years of experience in content strategy, content curation, digital merchandising, product strategy, design research, or a related area.

• More than 1 year of experience managing extensive digital content collections, content publishing workflows, metadata, and CMS platforms.

• At least 3 years of experience improving customer-facing content experiences through content strategy, curation, experimentation, and performance evaluation.

• Over 3 years of experience analyzing content performance metrics, customer engagement data, and providing insights to inform business choices.

• Proven track record of converting data and customer insights into actionable suggestions.

• Strong grasp of visual design principles, content quality assessment, customer-centered design, and layout composition.

• Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, analytics platforms, and data visualization methods.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to excel in uncertain environments and influence cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated capacity to merge analytical rigor with creative insight and strategic thought.
