This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Oversee the daily operations of the organic content engine across YouTube (long-form) and short-form platforms (Shorts, Reels, TikTok), facilitating end-to-end support for both formats.
• Manage the organic editing team on a daily basis: responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, scheduling, deadlines, workflow management, and throughput. The Social Media Growth Strategist sets the creative standards and direction; your role ensures the team meets those standards punctually.
• Take ownership of the execution of the organic content calendar and the publishing schedule across all channels.
• Handle YouTube channel management: including uploads, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, cards, end screens, and community engagement.
• Supervise the production of testimonial videos, from the pipeline phase to publication.
• Conduct split testing on YouTube (thumbnails, titles, hooks) and deliver clean results to the Social Media Growth Strategist and the Paid team.
• Monitor organic performance, provide weekly reports, and relay effective hooks, themes, and formats back to the Strategist and the Paid team.
• Facilitate SEO tasks and website maintenance, which includes blog operations and website consolidation.
• Ensure FTC compliance across organic content and funnels, and alert leadership regarding potential legal risks.
• Manage reputation monitoring and coordinate responses.
• Lead the quarterly planning cycles and monthly reviews within the organic organization.
• Organize the delivery of courses and content projects: managing timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and consistent workflows to ensure the organic engine operates on dependable systems instead of ad-hoc efforts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content operations, content production, or managing a YouTube/organic channel in a remote-first environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing or coordinating a video editing team: responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, deadlines, and ensuring quality output.
• Practical experience in managing YouTube channels, along with distribution on short-form platforms such as Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.
• Proficient in creating SOPs, content calendars, and repeatable production processes.
• Strong analytical skills: able to interpret channel and content performance data and take actionable steps based on insights.
• Familiarity with SEO basics and website/blog management is preferred.
• Experience in info-products, high-ticket coaching, or online education is a plus.
• Work from Anywhere: Enjoy a fully remote position, allowing you to work from any location where you feel most productive.
• Flexible Hours: Tailor your workday to fit your lifestyle while ensuring team requirements are met, overlapping 3 to 4 hours daily with US Eastern Time.
• Ongoing Growth: Benefit from continuous training, resources, and development opportunities.
• Ownership & Impact: You will play a vital role in running the engine of a company that positively impacts lives every day.
• Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate closely with organic leadership and department heads, directly influencing the growth of the content engine.
