Virtual Seasonal Family Nurse Practitioner – NY Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Conduct patient consultations through telehealth, which includes telephonic triage, video appointments, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in ongoing education during weekly Clinical Rounds and through various other methods.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues through daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.

• Currently licensed in New York, with the potential to obtain licenses in additional states.

• Within the last five years, have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for a minimum of two years in an outpatient primary care environment treating patients of all ages (0+), or for two years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting also treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Availability to work afternoons and evenings; current shifts run from 7 AM to 6 PM EST or 11 AM to 10 PM EST.

• Exceptional clinical and communication abilities.

• Capability to adhere to established clinical protocols and workflows.

• Willingness to commit to a specified alternating-week schedule, which includes weekends.

• Minimum of 40 hours of work per week.

• Availability to work two full rotating A/B weekends each month.

• Support for two out of four company-observed holidays.

• Strong passion for human-centered primary care.

• Ability to communicate with and deliver care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in using technology to provide high-quality care.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care.
