Virtual Primary Care Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth visits with patients, including video consultations, panel support, and message-based care.

• Address a wide range of patient requirements virtually through acute, chronic, and wellness visits.

• Implement standard work procedures and clinical protocols for evidence-based treatment.

• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous learning opportunities.

• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership during daily huddles.

• Provide collaborative supervision for 4–8 Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) peers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Have practiced for a minimum of 2 out of the last 5 years in a primary care or virtual primary care environment.

• Board Certified in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Possess an active state license in California, New York, or Washington, DC.

• Maintain a minimum of 15 state licenses.

• Willing to acquire and retain additional licenses with assistance from the One Medical Credentialing Team.

• Preferred experience in virtual care and/or virtual primary care.

• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care.

• Capable of communicating with and delivering care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in utilizing technology to provide high-quality care.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care.

• Adaptable and flexible within a growing clinical organization.

• Must reside within the United States.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
