Virtual Patient Coordinator, Mandarin Speaking

📋 Description

• Provide tailored support to patients via phone, email, and live chat.

• Act as the initial point of contact in patients’ healthcare journeys.

• Assist patients with the registration process and respond to inquiries.

• Prepare patients for their initial consultation and highlight what distinguishes Spring.

• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to facilitate effective patient registration.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat communications.

• Redirect calls or take messages when required.

• Enter new patients into the electronic medical record system.

• Arrange new patient consultations and ensure completion of questionnaires prior to provider meetings.

• Send new patient welcome packets via email following successful registration.

• Deliver precise information while addressing patient questions and concerns.

• Maintain patient records diligently and safeguard patient confidentiality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-facing position.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• A genuine desire to assist others and a commitment to meaningful work.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Proficiency in Mandarin.
