Virtual Nurse Educator, NCLEX Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Leverage technology to deliver personalized online instruction to assist participants in their NCLEX preparation.

• Familiarize yourself with ATI products and solutions to better support customers.

• Establish a consistent approach to effectively provide high-quality review sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) is mandatory.

• Understanding of the NCLEX Blueprint is essential.

• Active Registered Nursing License is required.

• At least 2 years of experience teaching nursing courses in a college or university classroom or online setting.

• Recent experience in teaching nursing academics in a college or university environment (current or within the last 12 months).

• Experience in online teaching is preferred.

• Familiarity with ATI Products is a plus.

• Must possess a computer with reliable internet access.

• Strong ability to communicate professionally and clearly in an online setting.

• Comfortable with navigating online environments.

• Demonstrated technological proficiency across various applications.

• Capability to engage with customers twice daily through online interactions.

• Ability to apply best practice guidelines and adhere to processes when servicing customers.

• Capacity to work remotely from a home office.

• Assist students in identifying their individual learning needs.

• Evaluate student performance to tailor NCLEX study plans accordingly.
