Virtual Nurse Educator – NCLEX Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Employ technology to deliver personalized online instruction aimed at supporting participants in their NCLEX preparation.

• Familiarize yourself with ATI products and solutions to effectively assist customers.

• Establish a consistent methodology to ensure the delivery of high-quality reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) is mandatory.

• Understanding of the NCLEX Blueprint is essential.

• An active Registered Nursing License is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching nursing courses in a College/University setting, with 5+ years preferred.

• Recent teaching experience in nursing academics at a college/university (Current or within the last 12 months).

• Experience in teaching within an online environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with ATI Products is preferred.

• A computer equipped with reliable internet access is necessary.

• Ability to communicate professionally and clearly in an online setting.

• Comfort in navigating online platforms.

• Demonstrated technological proficiency across a variety of applications.

• Capability to engage with customers twice daily through online interactions.

• Ability to apply best practice guidelines and adhere to processes to serve customers effectively.

• Capacity to work remotely from a home office.

• Guide students in recognizing their personal learning needs.

• Foster a collaborative environment with faculty and students.

• Evaluate student performance to tailor NCLEX study plans.
