Virtual Clinician – Home Evaluations Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual “Video Visits” with members of health plans

• Offer 40 hours of availability each week

• Achieve a high visit completion rate

• Ensure adherence to training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit criteria

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time, board-certified nurse practitioners or physician assistants

• Must hold active state licenses in the areas of coverage (FNP, AGNP certification preferred for NPs)

• Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or a similar approach (preferred)

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as necessary
